You must have permission to use any image you upload. Printed Wardrobe accepts no responsibility for copyright infringement. We reserve the right not to print offensive text or images. Should this situation arise the order will be denied and refunded.
All monitors are different, and show colours differently. We have made sure that the difference between the colours is accurately reflected, but we cannot guarantee that the colour you see will be the same as the real life colour. It depends on your individual computer settings (brightness, contrast etc).
The artwork is automatically generated from the design you provide, so the sizing is decided by you. We print it exactly as you design it, and don't alter it in any way. Do note that the design area available is the normal visible area when worn. It would be very unusual to want text or images going round the side of the shirt.
When you are uploading artwork it is your responsibility to supply us with an image that is of good enough quality. This is further made apparent when using the designer tool. Once an image has been imported you will be given a quality control guide during the scaling process. Artwork uploading and printing is fully automated and will not be checked.
Images can be printed onto garments up to A3 in size or 1650 width pixels by 2400 pixels height. For women's and children's garments the area we can print will be determined by the garment style and size.
If you upload an image without a background, it will appear on your shirt with a white box around it. If you do not wish to have a background we recommend you upload an image with a transparent background - such as a PNG.
A PNG is a type of image format similar to JPEG. It offers more or less the same type of quality but also allows for an alpha channel, providing transparency options that are not available in any other common image format. If for example you have a company logo and you wish to have this printed on a blue T-shirt with no background, you would need to save the image as a PNG. Otherwise this image would appear with a white background which could be detrimental to the overall design.
A JPEG image is probably one of the most common image formats available. We would recommend using JPEGs for designs with a background. For example it would be best to use this format if you were to upload a photograph.
There are many different image editing applications available that are free to download or you can use high end packages which you buy off the shelf. These are just suggestions and there are many more such applications available.
